Job duties.

1. Development, improvement and technical support of new processes;

2.Optimize production process, prepare process flow, process operation procedures, instructions and other process documents;

3.Analyze and solve the process quality problems and optimization in production;

Job requirements.

1.1 years of experience in battery industry field process, process field problems work analysis experience;

2. Familiar with core production equipment, understand the performance characteristics of common equipment;

3. Familiar with quality processing techniques, design experiments, optimize processes, with DOE/DFMEA/PFMEA experience;

4.Familiar with core structure and design parameters of conventional Li-ion materials.
